Youth Mentorship

Youth Resource Centre - Archway Community Services

Youth are provided with a positive adult role model to increase youth resiliency and success.

Program Information

Youth are matched with an adult who has been screened, oriented and trained. The mentor usually meets 1 hr/week with a youth and makes a 1 year commitment to this mentoring relationship. Youth and mentor together decide what kind of activities they want to engage in, this is based on their interests and what they would like to explore and learn.

This program sometimes has a long waitlist as we can only match youth if we have a mentor that would be a good fit.
